We may have been really excited for the 500 this weekend - we just weren't sure how excited we were about our first 48 hours away from the bugster!! We didn't worry about him as he was in good hands, but I will say that we missed him tons!!! I took a few pictures before we left and I MAY have OCCASIONALLY glanced at them. The strangest thing was just not taking care of someone else, we are so used to constantly doing something for him that it felt empty without him. I will say we did not mind the 11 un-interrupted hours of sleep after the race though!!! :) Is it bad that I am excited we won't be leaving him again overnight for awhile?!Monday, May 25, 2009
We SURVIVED!
